After the District Attorney's Office declined to pursue criminal charges, 3rd District Officers Jason Giroir, Ryan Vaught, and Joseph Haines rendered administrative statements to P.I.B. represented by a private attorney and PANO Board members. While the final results of that administrative investigation are still pending, effective tomorrow, Tuesday, June 20, 2006, All three officers will return to active duty in the 3rd District.
